Do you want a once-in-a-lifetime trip that doesn't involve a coach bus? Do you want to forego spending your hard-earned cash on a specialist travel agent or doing hours of research cross-referencing guides with traveller reviews/forums to pull together a solid travel plan complete with logistics?

If you're thinking YES, then check out my detailed itineraries below to save yourself a lot of time and hassle.

Argentina Loop

Start and end in Buenos Aires with a Patagonian safari, glacier trek, waterfalls, hikes and all the penguins you would ever want to gawk at in-between. This itinerary doesn't include Mendoza, but don't worry, there's no shortage of Malbec!

Consider planning your trip sometime between November and March because most of the country is sunny and dry. With that said, this trip was in October and the weather was beautiful.

Northern UK Road Trip

One thing I love about traveling around England and Scotland is that there's no choosing between city-breaks filled with historic sites or a luxurious hiking holiday. You can have it all in this 16 day road trip from London, with a flexible itinerary that will suit most budgets. What are you waiting for?! Throw those bags in the boot and let's go!

This trip was taken in late July, but you may also want to consider the drier months of May-June and September-October.
